Rape, assault, honour killing and intolerance have become the bandwagon that drives India towards anarchy. The nation has two layers; one that preaches the pathway to justice, and there is a deeper layer where the manipulative politics play the dirty games.

We can proudly say that our country is becoming famous for political organizations and leaders who have expertise in deceiving the citizens, and we represent a group of citizens who are well trained in getting deceived.

A problematic silence is endangering the justice system. People know the corrupt political system, but there is no choice left in this proclaimed democratic constitution. We are made to believe that we have choices. In reality, we have ‘selected offers’ that may or may not meet our expectations.

People have gathered enough courage to remain silent. What if the political goons leave us unarmed. What if Unnao and Hathras like situation get recreated. What if we get into the blacklist of political goons. An accident or gunshot is enough to vanish us. Rest of the saga is easily readable. Nation gets one more victim to pay annual tribute and candle ceremonies.

The problematic silence is a safe suit. For common people, thought about the family make them silent. For them, it is better to pay a thousand rupees extra rather than involving in a justice talk. For them, it is better to remain blind to return home safely.

If the constitution is being ruled by power politics, there is no choice left with the citizen to raise a voice. Goosebumps wrap us when we see the hero walking in slow motion after a tough fight with the political goons. But everything gets into normal once we watch the television news. The news of the political killing, long pending judicial enquiry, rising rape capitals and corruption pull out the hero in us. “The victory of the democracy”, the slogan seems to be ridiculous and deceiving in this sensitive moment.

Political anarchy is driving our nerves lunatic. The time is trending with thug commentaries. Action is a distant dream. It is all about responses. It is easy to pass a commend. But it needs power, intellect and respect towards citizens to take action.
